These Terms of Service govern the use of the website studioelysia.com (hereinafter "the Website") operated by Sofya Shibaeva, located in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders and Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Barcelona and surrounding areas. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout. While we strive to deliver within the selected time window, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Fresh flowers are perishable products and must be received promptly.

5. Payment

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bizum. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for standard deliveries, or up to 4 hours for same-day deliveries. After this window, cancellations are not possible as the bouquet may already be prepared.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Sofya Shibaeva and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sofya Shibaeva is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or delivery of products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
